Being part of your team
When you engage JK Leadership Development you work with one person: me. Unlike many large training and coaching providers, our service is personal and it will be me personally who visits your organisation to discuss your needs. I will be fully involved in the planning, delivery and follow-up of your programme and will draw on my small team of highly experienced trainers and coaches to meet your needs most effectively.
Partnership is at the heart of everything I do. I’ll work closely with you to really understand your culture, aims and challenges – and to design a programme that will directly support your business objectives. I will ensure stakeholders are fully involved at all stages of the design, delivery and evaluation of the programme.
This isn’t the easiest way to create a programme. But in my experience it’s the only way to provide one that will deliver the right results.
I’ll never choose short-term profit over long-term partnership, so you can be sure that I’ll always be straight with you. It’s in nobody’s best interests for us to enter into a relationship that isn’t going to succeed. And if I don’t think I’m the right person for the job I’ll say so.
